Yes we are. Being in European Union make us to be strictly GDPR compliant, This implies that we do not store the data of the IP you look up. On the other hand, we store the IP of the concerned request in order perform rate limiting
The free plan is an excellent plan that offers a lot of features and thanks to its 10,000 daily requests, it can handle a lot of traffic. However, if you have a higher traffic or you want to request several IPs at once or bulk lookup, the premium plan will be the best choice as it comes with advanced features such as bulk request support, an enhanced security with domains/sub-domains/IPs whitelisting, a higher volume of requests and many others. You can therefore choose the available paid subscription or contact us for a customized solution.
Of course, your credit card details are safe! We never store or transmit those details to any of our servers. To be perfectly clear, we use a secure PCI compliant payment provider to handle payment and subscriptions. Our primary payment processor is Stripe. It has been audited by an independent PCI QSA and is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
You can change your plan at any time, whether from the free plan to the pro plan or from the pro plan to another pro plan. You can do this from the account dashboard or by contacting us directly. However, please note these important points:
- When you upgrade from one plan to another, your remaining credits will roll over
- Upgrades and downgrades are prorated
Yes, at ApiBundle, we do our best to offer you a quality service. However, if you are not satisfied, then you can simply decide to terminate your subscription. In this case, your remaining credits/queries will be kept and you will be immediately transferred to the free plan. You can always re-subscribe to the service later.

You are of course notified as soon as you reach 80% of your usage, then 90% and finally 100% of your monthly quota. After reaching 100%, subsequent requests will receive a 400 error with the code QUOTA_REACHED. For more information, read the documentation here
